 This output shows that, prior to running this command, gd2 was already
 installed. So sometime between the time you reported the original problem
 and the time you write the above comment, you succeeded in installing gd2,
 somehow.

 After installing any port, MacPorts checks all installed ports for
 problems.

 MacPorts found many installed ports with problems but all of them are
 ports that we have already deleted from our collection. You should
 uninstall all of these ports.
