 contains the cert files. Portsync is the alternative to install if that
 path isn’t available. Looking at curl’s port file it has the same kind of
 dependency as I put in postgresql so I am not sure where you are getting
 this conflict

 If the path in the depspec doesn't exist, the dependency is satisfied by
 installing the port named after the second colon. If neither is installed
 and some dependencies ask for `curl-ca-bundle` and others ask for
 `certsync`, both will be installed.
