 When I tested this out I did it as “install curl-ca-bundle/certsync first,
 Postgres second” and saw expected behavior, but didn’t try to install two
 at the same time like that. Is it, or should it be, MacPorts policy to
 pick one or the other as the backup dependency in all Portfiles to avoid
 Joshua’s case?
