impossible to install `py-spyder` as there is a chain of dependencies
leading back here, breaking the build. I tend to use `+quartz` when I can,
and `avahi` is only distributed as a binary with `+x11` (however, I am
uncertain of exactly why avahi would need either of those options, at this
point I just want Spyder installed). I will be trying to use the binary
for now and see how this goes.

My solution, temporarily, is set version to 3.46.0 (the last version
support setup.py) and python.use_pep517 no. The true solution shoubld be
rewriting Portfile, not using python PortGroup and pep517(meson-python) to
build since it could only compile a wheel, but using meson directly.
