 In 2.14, `iconv.h` is no longer included in the libxml2 headers. It's only
 used in the implementation files. If the reason for the patch is that you
 indicated, then the patch can now be removed.

 Is my understanding correct that after such a libxml2 update, all ports
 that depend on libxml2 need a revbump? If so, is there an automated way to
 do this?
