 The patch was added to fix #57990 but the ticket was reopened and it is
 reported that the fix was insufficient. It related to both iconv and icu
 headers. I have not attempted to confirm whether iconv headers are still
 used. Are icu headers still used?

 Why do you believe the revision of ports depending on libxml2 needs a
 revbump after this update? Has the library major version changed?
