 As for header includes, public libxml2 headers no longer include ICU or
 iconv headers, so I believe these patches can be removed.

 When I made the update locally, MacPorts wanted to re-build all dependent
 libraries. I'm not sure why. Here's the version info in the dylibs:

 2.13.6: `/opt/local/lib/libxml2.2.dylib (compatibility version 16.0.0,
 current version 16.6.0)`

 2.14.0: `@rpath/libxml2.16.dylib (compatibility version 16.0.0, current
 version 2.14.0)`

 (the latter is from a separate, non-MacPorts install I made, hennce the
 @rpath)

 I thought a change in the current version should not matter?
