apr-util 1.2.8 with db44

Yep, it looks like the pkg-config file isn't generated correctly.

I'll try to generate a patch and update the port to fix it (although  
if anyone else wants to try and send me a patch it will probably make  
things faster as I won't have time too look at this for a little while).
