recurring issues with gdk-pixbuf version?

I wasn't exactly sure of the best way to accomplish that, so I
improvised :) Can you try the attached patch? It seems to work for
the most part. The only potential issue is that even though there are
no errors, cups-headers doesn't register as installed on 10.4 or up
(I'm not sure if that really matters).
Anyway, if you can think of a better way to do this (or how to get it
to register as installed), I'm all ears.
