GnuCash-docs doesn't work

Following up, I just did
port -fun upgrade yelp
yelp 2.6.5 installed and runs.  It finds the docs that are installed. 
It requires libtiff and a lot of other libraries.  But libtiff (for one) 
is not listed in
port deps yelp
