I would encourage you to not attempt to install any port of Xcode
2.4.1 on Mac OS X 10.3.x. Xcode 2.4.1 is designed for Mac OS X
10.4.x. Xcode 1.5 is the last version for Mac OS X 10.3.x, and is the
version recommended by the MacPorts project for that OS version.
