No one has written one yet.  The ports don't write themselves. :)

If you've already got the source, you're 99% of the way there.  Check  
out the README file in the darwinbuild sources.  Very instructive.   
Build is also very easy.  Could be why no one has bothered to write a  
Portfile yet.
