Does that file exist, are its permissions ok and is it of the correct  
architecture for your computer? Try:

file /opt/local/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.dylib

and see what it says. Try also:

otool -L /opt/local/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.dylib
