Upgrading from 10.3 to 10.4

Yes. At least when doing an "archive and install".

The directory /Library/Tcl/macports1.0 and it's contents are left
behind.

Users config is left behind, so $PATH and other environment variables
must be reset.

There may be more but these two are the first that I've found.
