MacPorts v1.4.41 released for selfupdate

Too late! :-/
I did a selfupdate before I came to read this message. As a result, my
apache2 install fails with:

Error: Target com.apple.destroot returned: reinplace: unknown flag
'-s|/apache2/build/libtool|/share/apr-0/build/libtool|g'
