The ImageMagick folks appear to have started the annoying habit of
replacing previous patchlevel tarballs with symlinks to the latest
tarball whenever they release updates, which of course wreaks havoc
on MacPorts. I will update ImageMagick to 6.3.4-4. Please sync and
try again in ~12 hours.
