Missing gdkx.h in gtk2 resolved

Hi,

It appears that if you compile gtk2 with quartz variant, the gdkx.h header
doesn't get created.  Personally I don't think this is the correct
behaviour, but for anyone that wants to install gnucash... stay away from
quartz.
