Missing gdkx.h in gtk2 resolved

Probably anyone wanting to actually do anything should stay away from  
the +quartz variants. For example, gtk2 +quartz requires cairo  
+quartz, and Quartz support in cairo is still experimental and  
therefore not recommended for production environments.
