Apache and Apache 2 won't install

Apache is shot on my computer, so I'm trying to install it with
Macports. When trying to install Apache 1.3, I get an error that the
fetch failed. It appears that the mirrors for this software aren't
working. When trying Apache 2, I recieve the following error:
