Apache and Apache 2 won't install

I had a similar problem until recently.  Apache20 wouldn't fetch, I was
basically in a tangle, and then they released an updated macports a few days
ago.  After that, everything is fine for me.

Suggest:
First double-check you have macports for 10.4 or 10.5 as appropriate.  It's
an easy mistake to download the wrong one.
sudo port selfupdate
sudo port clean apache2

And then retry:
sudo port install apache2
