Not really.
 From GNU ls manpage:

SEE ALSO
        The  full  documentation  for ls is maintained as a Texinfo  
manual.  If
        the info and ls programs are properly installed at your site,  
the  com-
        mand

               info ls

        should give you access to the complete manual.
