Error Install Gnome Ports

Scrollkeeper automatically installs all of the DocBook DTDs versions  
4.1.2 - 4.5 when it is installed.

You should try the following:

sudo port selfupdate
sudo port upgrade outdated
sudo port clean --all scrollkeeper
sudo port install scrollkeeper
