Error Install Gnome Ports

I try install Gnome and process install stopped on Scrollkeeper install step.

for install Scrollkeeper need install DocBook DTD, but DocBook DTD not
presented in ports. I try install DocBook DTD from source
http://scrollkeeper.sourceforge.net/data/docbookx412.tgz but see this
error:
