I don't see a problem right now... do you still see the problem? If  
so, please provide exact URLs and exact steps to reproduce the problem.

The only weirdness I see right now is that the news on http:// 
www.macports.org is up to date while the news on https:// 
www.macports.org has no entries past November 2006.
