I went to
   http://www.macports.org
and pressed login in the top-right corner, which directs me to
   http://www.macosforge.org/wp-login.php
and then, today, I see a brief flash (only the first time, now it is  
too fast to be see) of
   http://www.macosforge.org/setlogincookie.php...
