Can't build libgnomeprintui (was "Problems building autoconf")

Ok, so it looks like libgnomeprint isn't building for some reason.  
I'm Cc'ing this email back to the mailing list and to Randall Wood,  
the maintainer of libgnomeprint (and much of the gnome ports).
