10.4.10, latest XCode, intel platform

I've started the build from scratch, port had to compile everything. It
stopped after many hours fetching and compiling package.
The error is the following (I found one similar error using google, someone
trying to port firefox):

--->  Fetching mozilla
---> Attempting to fetch mozilla-1.7.12-source.tar.bz2 from
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.7.12/source/
--->  Verifying checksum(s) for mozilla
--->  Extracting mozilla
--->  Applying patches to mozilla
--->  Configuring mozilla
---> Building mozilla with target all
Error: Target org.macports.build returned: shell command " cd
