Both gail and gdk-pixbuf-2.0 are now provided by gtk2. The gail port is
obsolete and
should be removed.
Try this (as per the error message)
sudo port deactivate gail
sudo port activate gtk2
sudo port upgrade outdated
then you should be able to uninstall gail
sudo port uninstall gail
