We have a couple people who have been working on the guide; maybe one  
of them can respond to this.

Should I make you the maintainer of scribus? Let me know and I will.  
If you like we can make it an open-maintainer port, so that you're  
listed as the maintainer, but anyone else can feel free to make  
changes too.
