Spotlight should have found "mysqladmin" (it did on my system). It  
won't find mysqladmin5 - that's a symbolic link to the actual  
executable file in /opt/local/lib/mysql5/bin/

Since you may already be at the command line

mac 5 # find /opt/local -name '*mysqladmin*'
/opt/local/bin/mysqladmin5
/opt/local/lib/mysql5/bin/mysqladmin
/opt/local/share/man/man1/mysqladmin.1.gz
