taglib won't install (problem with gcc4.0 blacklisted)

Interesting, I have to sign up for a "free" account (as in beer) to get
Xcode update.  The terms of the agreement are scary. There's a clause
that says that "they" can enter your physical location if they want to,
for access to the "prototype".
