MacPorts 1.8.0 release candidate 1 available for testing

I've created a tag for the first release candidate for 1.8.0 [1]; the
changes from beta1 are mostly minor.

Disk images with installer packages for Tiger and Leopard, as well as
source tarballs, are available for download from [2].

If no show-stopping bugs are found, the final release should be just
around the corner.
