i386-mingw32-gcc: Checksum (md5) mismatch

I'm trying to install i386-mingw32-gcc with MacPorts 1.7 on 10.5, but I'm getting this error:
   Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for gcc-g++-3.4.5-20060117-1-src.tar.gz

Has anyone else had this problem?  I've followed the guidelines on the faq but no luck.
