i386-mingw32-gcc: Checksum (md5) mismatch

It fetches fine for me. You may have gotten a corrupt download. I  
suggest the following:

sudo port selfupdate
sudo port clean --all i386-mingw32-gcc
sudo port install i386-mingw32-gcc
