In the attached file I see:
xsltproc -o gpl-oc.omf --stringparam db2omf.basename gpl --
stringparam db2omf.format 'docbook' --stringparam db2omf.dtd "-//
OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.1.2//EN" --stringparam db2omf.lang oc --
stringparam db2omf.omf_dir "/opt/local/share/omf" --stringparam
db2omf.help_dir "/opt/local/share/gnome/help" --stringparam
db2omf.omf_in "/opt/local/var/macports/build/

`/opt/local/bin/pkg-config --variable db2omf gnome-doc-utils` oc/
gpl.xml || { rm -f "gpl-oc.omf"; exit 1; }

scrollkeeper-omf.dtd:1: parser error : Content error in the external
subset
HTTP/1.1 504 Gateway Time-out
^
db2omf: Could not construct the OMF subject element.
So instead of returning the DTD, the above URL apparently returned
the string "HTTP/1.1 504 Gateway Time-out" which it didn't know how
to parse. Try again. The URL seems to work for me now. If it still
doesn't work, try accessing it in a browser (and then view the source
if necessary to see what it sent). If you still see Gateway Time-out
errors, investigate whether there is a proxy on your network
interfering with things.
