ghc as an upgrade-stopper

The only supported solution after upgrading to Snow Leopard is to  
uninstall all ports and then reinstall them. See the Migration page:

ghc is not available in MacPorts for Snow Leopard yet. This is the  
ticket for the request to get that done:
