apr-util not building because it can't find db

	Nope, no build_arch specified (which wasn't a surprise, I 
don't recall ever altering macports.conf, I didn't even know where it 
was).
	I am assuming it is related to Snow Leopard upgrade issues - 
nuking and starting again.
