lalapps dependencies

Hello

I'm trying to build lalapps on snow leopard. I already have all the  
listed dependencies installed but when I try
to build lalapps, port starts building ruby which is not even listed  
as a dependency. This seems to be a similar
issue to py26-scipy I reported earlier, where ruby, apache etc are  
forced to build even though swig is already
installed. Attatched is the debug output
