Removing/Blocking Specific Mirrors

I'll just get right to it ...

Internap's Sourceforge mirror has been real pissy lately, at least for
me. Is there a way to just remove this one mirror from the list or
blacklist it so that it is skipped when using SF's repository?

Ex 1. I've seen longer, but only because I wanted to see wtf was going on:

	--->  Fetching archive for wine-devel
	--->  wine-devel-1.3.0_0.i386.tgz doesn't seem to exist in
/opt/packages/darwin/i386
	--->  Fetching wine-devel
	--->  wine-1.3.0.tar.bz2 doesn't seem to exist in
/opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/wine
	---> Attempting to fetch wine-1.3.0.tar.bz2 from
http://internap.dl.sourceforge.net/wine
	  % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
	                                 Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
	  0     0    0     0    0     0      0      0 --:--:--  0:03:20
--:--:--     0^C

Ex 2.  After a few (dozen?) Ctrl-C, Up-Arrow, Enter's I finally get a
different SF mirror which is immediate:

	--->  Fetching wine-devel
	--->  wine-1.3.0.tar.bz2 doesn't seem to exist in
/opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/wine
	---> Attempting to fetch wine-1.3.0.tar.bz2 from
http://voxel.dl.sourceforge.net/wine
	  % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
	                                 Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
	 18 16.9M   18 3157k    0     0   347k      0  0:00:49  0:00:09  0:00:40  495k

Note: When I do a manual download via FF/Safari, I never get
Internap's mirror ( Ooh! A clue).
