MacPorts update of ports after upgrade to 1.9.1 >> GCC43 builds forever

Brazil vs Portugal should be good.  And hopefully Switzerland will get 
into the next round, too...

The bad news (macports-wise) is that gcc44 seems to take at least as 
long as gcc43.
