wine-devel install help

Hi I don't know if this is the right mailing add, for support but, I 
seem to be having a little problem with installing wine-devel on my mac.
 I could get as far as Building wine-devel and then nothing but, error.

Host;
OS
 - Mac OS X version 10.4.11
IMAC Pross- 1.8 GHz intel core duo
Mem
 - 512 MB 667 MHz ram

This is what I get

I installed Xcode from CD as 
well as X11. After that I install macport for this OS. 
Configured 
Macport with 
$ echo export PATH=/opt/local/bin:/opt/local/sbin:\$PATH$'\n'export MANPATH=/opt/local/man:\$MANPATH | sudo tee -a /etc/profile
And got
export PATH=/opt/local/bin:/opt/local/sbin:$PATH
export MANPATH=/opt/local/man:$MANPATH

After all said and done I went ahead and tried to install 
wine-devel and got the above read out. What am I doing wrong?
Or what am I missing?
