Thanks for the info!  Bummer!  I don't ever see myself going back to
32-bit environments unless I will start working on embedded systems
which seems unlikely at this point.   I wonder how hard it would be to
make MacFUSE thread safe.  I imagine it's written in C or C++?  I am
fairly experienced in both and might take a gander...
