Change prefix path

yes

yep - if you find anything that doesn't install under your prefix correctly, it's a bug and we would appreciate it if you would open a bug on it (so it can be fixed).

you shouldn't need to set anything else.

This will already happen with the default prefix (/opt/local), but you can set prefix to something else if you prefer.
