Setting the Default Version with Port ruby19

Type "ruby19" to get ruby version 1.9.x.

I don't think we have a ruby-select port, so I don't think we have the ability to make "ruby" be ruby 1.9.x. You could create a symlink, or a shell alias, if you desire.
