The latest 2010 version of GNAT for OS X,
from: http://libre.adacore.com/libre/download2
is: gnat-gpl-2010-x86_64-apple-darwin9.6.0-bin.tar.gz
Opening the .gz, and following the README, it says to run the "doinstall" script.
The "doinstall" script will install GNAT under /usr/local/gnat by default.
