macports 2.0.0 cannot be installed into lion?

Hi,

I installed CLEAN Lion installation from DVD, and then installed newest
XCode from AppStore. However MacPorts 2.0.0 for Lion installer
(MacPorts-2.0.0-10.7-Lion.dmg) says, that there in no Xcode installed?!?,
and it cannot run. Any idea? Is this issue with installer?
