Unable to proceed with installation of tiff after hitting Ctrl+C

So clearly there is some local archive of the universal version of tiff, that got created incompletely, that's not getting cleaned out. This is a new MacPorts 2.0.0 thing and I'm not sure where those are stored or how to remove them. Anyone else?
