Is this really where you want to be installed?
MacPorts Apache2 modules are normally installed to ${prefix}/apache2/modules/

My email reader distorts your Portfile contents.
If nothing is installed into a destroot dir and the destroot.keepdirs is not used port will remove the empty dir.

Please use this ticket and add a comment to show what you want the contents of extra/httpd-modsecurity.conf to be (use the wiki "code block" tag for the actual content) .
