Is this really where you want mod_security2.so to be installed?
MacPorts Apache2 modules are normally installed to ${prefix}/apache2/modules/

My email reader distorts your Portfile contents.
If nothing is installed into a destroot dir and the destroot.keepdirs is not used port will remove the empty dir.
