OK - I've got something that works now !!! :-)

I've uploaded a new Portfile
as well as a suggestion for a httpd-modsecurity2.conf to
https://trac.macports.org/ticket/16702

1) copying of the documentation still doesn't work
2) I've still got that strangling install in /macports/lib

feedback will be appreciated :-)
