Unable to launch Firefox-x11-devel

Hi folks,

I'm having a few problems with Firefox-x11-devel.

When I try to launch it I get this message:

"Xlib:  extension "RANDR" missing on display "/tmp/launch-lrtyPI/org.x:0".


I did a little research and a lot of people say that message is not
important.  However, the browser doesn't launch and I'm not getting any
other messages to give me an idea as to what's happening.  Can anyone
suggest anything please?
